Check In was a little confusing but the video provided was helpful. There was some miscommunication with the building person but was able to get a response quickly from the host and get it resolved. The house was very clean and spacious. Only thing to note is that it can get noisy in the building and you can hear everything in the house from the hallways and other homes. Overall great and would recommend to others.

We loved the location of this property. Many excellent restaurants and cafes and very continent public transportation. The property was very clean and comfortable. The instructions for obtaining the keys to the building are very inadequate and frustrating. Please revise the instruction!

Did not get directions for check in. Took an hour to reach the operator after arrival. No kitchen supplies like towels... we stayed 4 nights with 4 persons, was provide with a small soap, one roll of toilet paper per person. We were asked to clean out garbage at departure, not sure why it is a guest responsibilities and not a job for their cleaner.

Although this property was listed as having air conditioning, it only has AC in the master bedroom and the living room. The temps during our visit were in the 90s, so we were not happy. The location is good and the apt is well appointed. Maison Metropole would not let us access the apt until we completed a lot of paperwork online which they did not send to us until after our check in time of 3:00. We had to sit outside to fill it in in the hot sun on my phone and that took more than an hour with no WiFi access. No one greeted us you have to locate the lockbox on a railing of a fence ACROSS THE STREET! Although MM tried to appease us with many apologies and the offer of a late checkout, we will never stay there again!
