The host was amazing!! Unfortunately, when we arrived in Milan, the apartment we were originally supposed to stay in had some water leaks. But, they put us up in another apartment they had available. It was amazing and in a great location. Any questions I had, he answered immediately. I would definitely stay in any place managed by this host again!!
