전에 거주하던 폴라리니트램역에서 가깝고, 주변에 대형마트, 맛집 등이 있어 좋았다. 또한 아파트안에 필요한 시설들도 적절히 갖춰져있어 내집처럼 편하게 생활할수 있었다.
