Perfect location and staff was great. We arrived later than the 2:00 check-in which was a good thing because our place would not have been ready. There was an overwhelming perfume smell when we first arrived and later that evening we learned why. The place smells horrible, like sewage. I’m assuming this has to do with old pipes or something?! Also walls are super thin, you can hear everything.

You wont get much closer to the Duomo than this location without sleeping in the square. If its location and space youre looking for then this is the place to be. Room we stayed in was clean and tidy and very spacious with a mutli level setup. Only negative if there was one is that its a little noisy at night but you have to expect this for such a pristine location. Highly recommended.

The staff is helpful and can be reached easily on Whatsapp. However, there is no sign of the hotel name outside the building. It is very difficult to find the hotel even though I have reached the address. My advice is to get their whatsapp contact and whatsapp the staff before you reach the hotel. The staff will then come out to meet you. Alternately, suggest to hotel.com administrative to pass your contact number to their staff. They will also contact you before hand.

We only booked this property of its nicely presented photos given and the location because it is close to Central Area’s for shopping, it really was disappointing when we entered. It is nothing like the photos provided, it is truly a scam, the rooms smelled atrocious and smelled like sewers. However the communication was even worse, we noticed the safe was broken and we had asked for a working one, the message was sent early and it was replied super late, the guy in charge had promised to bring a working one and it had never came, we had also asked for extra pillows and the housekeeping nodded to the request and proceeded to do their things and left without giving us the pillows. The efficiency of the staff there is absolutely unacceptable and I had never experienced anything like this, we asked to clean the rooms before we left the rooms, we came back to the rooms during the afternoon and nobody came to clean, until we had to physically ask and came super late and cleaned super slow, and the results were disappointing as well, it wasn’t clean. I really do not recommend to stay here at all even if it was for the location, I’d rather be further away and walk than stay here, considering the bad communication, smell of the room, laziness, inefficient and unproductive staff, the service is unbelievably bad.
