I expected a bit more convenience for a 5- star hotel. Upon arrival, there was no valet, so we had to park the car and wait for someone in the garage to grab our baggage, we lost electricity in the morning we had to pack to leave to the airport, where we couldn’t see for more than an hour, our coffee machine didn’t work nor hair dryer… staff was on top of trying to fix it. They said the coffee bar isn’t open yet but still managed to get us some. So overall, they tried but we really wanted comfort after a long travel day and it was not that.

Check in was smooth, rooms are gorgeous. Breakfast was disappointing. Plates of fruit ran low, lack of gluten-free options, meant paying full price for scrambled egg! Everything else about this hotel is spot on, loved the bar and the bar staff, great location.

This is a beautifully designed hotel, not your typica Raddison. The decor, staff, rooftop bar were divine. Also, right across the street from the Santa Sofia Metro stop and a 15 minute walk to the Duomo.
