The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept and spacious. They had an amazing breakfast spread. The hotel staff even stored our luggage for us before and anfter check-in/check out. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you prefer to stay close to train station.

Perfect location and quiet getaway.

Loved it. So close to Milano Centrale...perfect for day trip to Lago di Como and airport. Room small but beautiful...great bed and lovely bathroom. Everyone was kind and helpful. A great find!!!

Excellent and comfortable near the station stay

Excellent front desk service; all the staff was very kind, helpful and empathetic with our needs. We even returned to the same hotel a couple of days later. Breakfast is unbeatable and the staff at the restaurant makes you feel at home. Greeting and luggage staff members ready to help! We loved this hotel conveniently close to the station and with the comfort and warm welcome that made us feel at home.

Nice hotel near main train station

The staff were super friendly in this hotel. Rooms very comfortable, pleasant bar in which I had both drinks and dinner one night. The gym is very small (three people made it very busy and difficult to find space to work out) but the gym is on the roof with views across Milan which is very nice and makes a difference from the usual basement location. Overall, a nice hotel but parking in the area is a nightmare, I ended up in a private multistory at EUR 31/night.

Two detractors on this trip. One had to recycle in many locations: glass on the desk, plastic in a bag. Why not use a trash container with several compartments marked plastic, glass etc. ? Second the breakfasts were under par. The scrambled eggs cold from the chafing dish and the prosciutto was full of chewy fat non-swallowable as was the pineapple, core cut with pieces
