Beware! House of Horrors!

The apartment I was assigned was not the one in the photos online. At first, it appeared to be a nicer one. It was not! The jacuzzi tub, which was pointed out upon arrival, did not work. There was black mold in the shower. I was told it couldn't be cleaned until the day I was scheduled to check out.The a c had one setting - sub-Arctic! In the kitchen, there were broken, scorched and filthy pots and pans (he did bring one new pot and one new pan in the last afternoon - the only effort to address the issues I encountered! ). In addition, on the second night, a neighbor decided to have a loud party into the wee hours. The response from the rental agent? - they are not in control of the other units. I also had to reconnect all of the wires to the tv, cable box, etc. I was told the cleaning people unplug things. But why would they also completely remove wires from everything? I travel extensively and this was one of the worst experiences yet. They essentially ruined my visit to Milan. I am, unfortunately, sensitive to mold so this affected my health during this stay.

Buon potenziale ma diverse mancanze

L'appartamento e' molto carino e funzionale, e per questo dipiace un po' che si siano persi in sempli dettagli che pero' fanno la differenza: ci sono due bagni, uno con daccia e l'altro con vasca ma solo a uno hanno messo a disposizione un tappetino. Mancavano completamente gli asciugamani per il bidet, cosi' come le tazze da latte... in generale la fornitura della cucina e' piuttosto carente (1 solo bicchiere normale, ce ne sono poi 2 da birra…). C'e' l'idromassaggio ma non funziona. Insomma qualcosa da rivedere ma di facile sistemazione, e ne varrebbe la pena perche' ha ottime potenzialita'.
