We had a great stay here. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and quiet with an easy walk to major attractions. Very satisfied with the stay. The room was cozy and clean and up to date.

Parking was not on property and $23 as advertised. It was very difficult to drive up to front door of the hotel. As matter of fact this hotel doesn't have normal front door, and to get to the elevators you need to carry your luggage about 10 steps up. I would not stay there again

Front desk staff is rude, abrupt and very unfriendly. They seemed bothered when we asked simple questions. Upon check out I was over charged the city tax, unfortunately I did not check my statement until I was at the train station. Ask for your receipt, they don’t automatically give it to you.
