The room, whilst a little small, was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Staff were keen to help and make our stay pleasant. We didn’t opt for breakfast but there was a reasonable charge should we want to partake. Overall we were very happy.

Unsafe and invasion of privacy.

I was left petrified as a member of staff let themselves into my room at 1AM in the morning when I was sleeping alone. As a lone female, being woken up to a man in your room is one of the scariest things that can happen when you are travelling. He left only after I yelled at him three times. After which I received a phone call from the reception telling me that it was my fault since I did not answer the door when he knocked and they could hear a problem with the toilet flush that they needed to fix (at 1AM?!). Of course I didn’t hear a knock, it was 1AM and I was fast asleep. It’s disgusting and it’s unsafe. I’ve requested a refund but was told because they gave me late checkout (which is the least they could do since I could not sleep after that and had to call a friend to come stay with me) and spa access I had no interest in, that was all the compensation I deserved. I wish I had called the police so they would realise the gravity of the situation. They did not apologise to me, they apologised to my friend that had to sit with me all night. To top it off there were ants in the room and the walls are paper thin. You might enjoy listening to an arguing/crying couple all night, but I prefer my sleep. Awful hotel, totally unsafe.
