A really lovely hotel, somehow rated at 2 star which is severely underselling the place, we stayed 2 nights and ate there each time, breakfast and dinner. It was extremely clean, felt very smart, food was delicious and staff couldn't do enough for us!!

Staff went above and beyond, even finding a mini fridge for my babies food before our stay. Play area is good for older kids Staff were all super friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean with a good view. Will say- the sausages aren’t the best on the breakfast sorry🙈 everything else was great, and parking was really easy!

The hotel has got a very special atmosphere in style and service. We enjoyed the quality of the Lord Nelson Suite and the view to the harbour from there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was nice and drinks at a good price. Parking along the road was not a problem. We highly recommend the hotel!

Hotel room was very spacious and well catered, the restaurant served an excellent selection of food. The staff were friendly and the onsite parking was a bonus as street parking would have been difficult. We had minor issue with our plugs in bathroom not opening which meant water could not drain but this was reported and fixed by staff.

The hotel is fabulous; beautiful decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff/owners, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price and at a great location in Milford Haven (above the port, just a street down from the high street, with a beautiful promenade walk right out front of the hotel). We were only here for 1 night as a stopover after a day at Skomer Island before we headed off to Cardiff for a hen do and it was perfect, exactly what we needed, as it was just a short drive from Martins haven (~25mins). We would definitely stay here again in the future. It is also just a short car journey to Tenby from here (~35 mins) making it an ideal spot for a good night's sleep in-between two amazing spots in Wales!
