A covered front porch flows into an open deck on the side leading to a gas fire pit. Enjoy sitting by the fire on starry summer nights, sharing the stories of your day and plans for tomorrow! The open deck is 250 square feet.
There are 3 1/2 baths and 3 bedrooms, for a sleeping capacity of 7 - all located on the second floor. Faux painting gives the bedrooms a warm ambiance. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen has exquisite custom made cabinets and granite countertops. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the open floor plan and easy flow from kitchen to dining to the living area. Glass door lead from the dining area to the open outside dining area on the spacious deck.
