The bathroom shower was real nasty. The parking lot and entrance had potholes. The man at the front desk tried to tell me my card was declined and tried to get me to pay cash for my room.

When I checked in the pest control was spraying rooms, I thought normal maintenance. However, at breakfast I did see a bug near the breakfast area. They are handling the issue.

Maintenance and quality issues.

Bathrooms are not well cleaned and maintained. Need to get back to basics on breakfast, too prefab and dry pastry. Needs real eggs and fresh baked pastries. Bed and linings perfect. Bug spraying needed badly.

Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting from the dirty worn hallway to the dead bug to someone else’s hair in the shower to the black mold to the tepid coffee. Milledgeville hotels literally have a captive audience and never fail to charge big city prices for absolute flophouse facilities.

The lobby is very nice but sets you up for a let down because the room was not even close to the level and quality of the lobby. The floor looked like it had not been mopped as their were several spots that appeared to be easily moppable. The hook was missing from the back of the bathroom door so no where to hang towels, the tub has not been cleaned well inside or out. It was dingy and looked like someone ran their fingers through it, hard to describe you would have to see it, the phone didn’t work in the room, i had to call the front desk from my cell phone and lastly and most importantly, we killed 2 bugs in the bathroom. For $185 per night on the 2nd floor, absolutely NOT! I do not recommend and i will never stay there again. I'm sure they will work on improvement so maybe the next guest will have a better experience.

The lobby was clean and looked up to date, but my room lacked full updates. Curtains were not even hanging correctly. The AC unit worked great, but it smelled like mold while blowing. The toilet ran continuously and the tub looked dirty (maybe stained), but I wore slip ons because it disgusted me. They half a$$ed the upgrades and improvements and it lacked feeling comfortable. I can say the bed was clean and comfortable. How about you turn the AC on in the hallways? You step out of the elevator and you are immediately hit with warm air. Do better!!

The tile floors in the room were dirty, there was a hair that did not belong to my family on the shower wall, and the a/c control panel did not work. The bed was comfortable (for me. Too soft for my husband —he moved to the couch.) The continental breakfast was eh.
