Take your week's vacation in this newly construction end-unit town home in the Marina Bay community in The Peninsula. This two story unit features a large living area, kitchen and dining on the first floor as well as a spacious master bedroom and full bathroom. The second floor has a large sitting area with a wide screened TV and couch for watching movies. This floor also has a second master bedroom and full bathroom as well as two more bedrooms and a hall bathroom.

The Peninsula community features many high end enticements including a world class Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole golf course and practice range, 8 outdoor lighted tennis courts, a family wave pool, adult infinity pool, large athletic fitness center featuring a heated Olympic sized pool, whirlpool, work out area and weight equipment. There are plenty of jogging and walking paths, a nature facility with kayaking, fishing pier, and its own mini beach area along the Bay. Additionally the Peninsula has its own full court outdoor basketball court, and a sand volleyball court and each of these is located adjacent to the Terrace Grill which offers exceptional lunch and dinner dining options.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Friday To Friday Rental

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
