While the whole motel looked old and tired it proviede the basic needs of eary parking, a quiet room and enouth breakfast options to fuel the remainer of our long drive home. The lady in the breakfast area was friendly and helpful. All of this at a budget price was appricated.

The air conditioning didn't cool properly—we were hot—there was dust everywhere, the towels were dirty, there was no trash can, the shower curtain was dirty, the drains were clogged, the toilet was leaking from the bottom, the TV had no remote and a broken screen... truly a disappointment; we didn't feel safe, etc.

Parking is ample. Rob was very helpful. Room - old but clean, however bed boxes are not in good condition Breakfast - 0/10 1. Place is so dark (not enough light) its a hazard for young ones and adults due to hot waffle maker 2. Not much options at breakfast, juice was out, butter was in big container and everyone had to use the same container was not appropriate 3. Juice was in 1 litre GV bottle, that was opened and didn't know when was it open had to ask the reception to change it 4. No microwavable bowls and when I asked, they told me everyone uses Styrofoam bowls 5. Old filthy chairs
