Excellent room very clean and modern with comfortable bed. Walk in shower very good and easy to operate. Breakfast was as expected for busy dining room . Only downside was the barrage of emails about checking in on line and reserving a table in the restaurant. System may work fine if booking one room but is complicated if you book room for another person as well . This might be a booking agent problem or the hotels .

The best stopover off the M6.

I was so glad we decided to return to Crooklands, even though we did not arrive till 7,30 because of traffic and weather. The hotel is so welcoming. Everything is of a high standard. Food, staff, furniture, all excellent. Beautiful shower room. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was perfect for us, but our stay was marred by the attitude of the restaurant manager on our last night. She was very curt with us when there had been a problem with the booking for our meal- which was an error on the part of the hotel. Every other staff member we spoke to was lovely but on our last night, her manner was very abrupt & less than helpful. Very disappointing, especially as we had stayed for 4 nights.
