NB: Reservations with greater than twelve (12) persons will be asked to sign a separate rental agreement which simply enforces the house rules, as specified in this rental listing. Max guest capacity is sixteen (16) total persons! **There are additional guest fees after the first eight (8) guests. Be sure to book with your accurate guest count.**

PETS: Please note that while pets are allowed, we do charge extra fees if you wish to bring a pet. So please make sure your reservation request includes the pet(s) at time of booking so there are no surprises. We also have additional fees for guests added beyond the first eight (8) persons.
