The hotel is conveniently located nextdoor to an shopping mall and lots of activities and restaurants, plus a lovely public park. The breakfast was very nice with great views of the area up on the 14th floor. The only thing I would of liked was a mini fridge in the room.

room, breakfast and function was all good and in keeping with expectations, however the check in experience was not to the usual standard, the colleague was very sharp and in fact quite rude. It was a busy time but she appeared not to want to be there and kept sneezing and coughing so perhaps should have been on other duties

Stayed here a few times , they used to charge a service charge just to order drinks in the bar , this seems to have stopped on drinks only , however when paying with my work Amex card i was asked for another form of payment , i didnt have one so they took the card .

Room was clean & spacious. Shower head needs descaling or replacing as only 2/3 of the holes were patent. Shower tray very slippery, no non-slip mat provided. Tea tray was basic. View from room over Campbell Park was lovely. We ate in the restaurant Fourteen which was lovely, food delicious and service was great.

Food was fantastic booked 3 rooms one room the toilet system running all night. Extraction in bathrooms run all night was noisy .My room had crisps on the floor near the bed shower gel shampoo not topped up very disappointing.
