Perfect for families or small groups, the home features three pristine double bedrooms, including an elegant ensuite, plus two additional family bathrooms - one with both a shower and bath, and the other with a sleek walk-in shower.

The bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area is ideal for relaxed family meals, while the generous living room flows into an expansive window-side reading lounge - perfect for enjoying a book with a sea view. Every shared space in the home is designed to take full advantage of the stunning coastal scenery. Outside, beautifully maintained gardens surround the property and share in the same spectacular views.

Located on a quiet country road just off the N67, the cottage is only 1km from the popular White Strand beach and 2km from the vibrant town of Miltown Malbay. Here, you'll find a lively atmosphere with a great selection of shops, restaurants, and traditional pubs along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Also within easy reach are the charming seaside & golf resorts of Spanish Point, Lahinch, and Doonbeg. A short drive or shuttle ride (via the Cliffs Explorer) brings you to the picturesque fishing village of Liscannor, the iconic Cliffs of Moher, and the music-rich village of Doolin—famous for its traditional Irish sessions and ferry access to the Aran Islands.

Three Bedroom House – Sleeps 6

Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite, ground floor. 

Bedroom 2: King bed, first floor.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, first floor.

Both King size bed dimensions: 222 x 157 cm



3 Full Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: Family bathroom, ground floor, shower over bath, boiler for hot water.

Bathroom 2: Ensuite in double room, ground floor, shower only, electric shower.

Bathroom 3: Family bathroom, first floor, shower only, electric shower.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Early check-in and late check-out can be requested during booking, but may be cancelled if we have a same-day arrival or departure. If cancelled, any extra fee will be fully refunded.



Your Stay Will Include:



Fresh bed linen and towels, and complimentary hand soap.

We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner or body wash, or hairdryers, so please bring your own.



You will also have 24/7 host access. Please note that a €100 physical call-out fee applies between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM for issues that are not our responsibility, such as lost keys or party complaints. Fee does not apply to phone calls.



Families & Children:



Children and babies are welcome, but please note that our properties are not childproof. We do not provide stair gates, cupboard locks or other child safety equipment.



We do not provide baby cots or highchairs, but guests are welcome to bring their own. Adult supervision is required at all times, particularly around stairs, open fires and outdoor areas.

Firewood or logs if applicable, toiletries and any baby or child safety equipment you require. We do not provide cots, highchairs, stair gates or hairdryers.



Please note that we cannot provide compensation for temporary TV or internet outages.
