I feel the proper needs a lot of updates. The whole carpet was filthy. The only thing good I found was the front desk. Clerk took good care of us. Other than that I gave a total rating of 3by the way. The mattress on the bed I filled the springs in it. The pillows are hard.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, it was cheap and not too far away. We got what we payed for. The staff was very nice, and tried their best to be accommodating. The staff is the only reason for higher than one star. It is a place to lay your head, but not one I would likely revisit. The bed was similar to laying a cardboard box onto a pack of springs. I asked to try a different room thinking it was maybe that one, and it was not. If you stay get a room with double beds, the king mattresses are abysmally uncomfortable. The "breakfast" is a sack breakfast, an apple, muffin and yogurt in a bag. Better than nothing, but definitely not what was expected. The pool area was ok at best, it definitely needed some cleaning and maintenance. The "hot tub" says it can seat 6, but really it would be 6 children comfortably, unless you REALLY like the people you are in there with. One of our friends rooms was missing the smoke detector and stunk of cigarette smoke. Our shower did not drain properly and the water when started had an interesting smell to it. (would not drink the tap there)

I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to check in. The servers were down. The man at the desk was very helpful and kind though. The room wasn’t too bad. The sheer curtains were torn up the toilet lid didn’t fit the toilet. The roomdid seem clean. The ice machine was very dirty. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault but the fighting at 5:30 in the morning in the room above me was not the most pleasant thing.

The room was literally in shambles. I wasn't sure if Freddy Krueger had stayed the night previously but our curtains were shredded, ceiling was peeling off, bed sheets had black streaks of unknown original and it took over 15 minutes to check in due to no one being at the desk. Would highly not recommend.
