Schöne Familienferien in Mimizan
Kurze und knappe Bewertung zur Entscheidungsfindung:
Pro:
-Riesenpool (11x5 mit abgestuftem Nichtschwimmer Bereich, Pool-Alarm), schöne Außenanlage.
- ganzes Haus mit Klimaanlage, die auch funktioniert und schnell reagiert
- sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit vielen Edelstahlkochutensilien (wer das Teflongeschirr mit seinen Kratzern aus anderen Ferienwohnungen kennt, weiß das zu schätzen), Induktionsherd
- Kleiderschrank ist groß und übersichtlich, kommt viel drin unter.
- zwei Toiletten und Duschen
- was in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird: Rollstuhlgerecht im Erdgeschoss und in der Außenanlage!
Neutral: es gibt ein elektrisches Gartentor, aber eben auch eine ungesicherte Zufahrt über den anderen Teil des Geländes, was das Einfahrtstor unnötig macht.
Negativ: die Papierfabrik in Mimizan selber verursacht einen bestialischen Gestank. Steht der Wind ungünstig, merkt man das deutlich. Wenn man also geruchsempfindlich ist, wird man sich daran stören.
Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und der Kontakt zum Interhome-Team war nett und unkompliziert.
