Very comfortable single-storey cottage 10mins from Mimizan beaches and 300m from the shops (supermarket, restaurants, bakery, etc.) and activities. Mimizan, small town on the Landes coast, with its beaches, cycle tracks, golf and many summer activities. The house is in a quiet residential area. The cottage, adjoined to the owners' property, is a single-storey design. It has a living room with kitchen, a sitting room with sofa, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180x200, 1 bed 160x200 could appear as 2 size 80 beds, 1 bed with a height of 90), one shower room (walk-in shower), one toilet.

On the private terrace you have a table with barbecue for your outdoor meals. Private access with gate and reserved parking place is provided to further your independence and privacy. You also have access to the garden shared with two other guest rooms.

The house is 10mins by car from the large white sandy beaches (6km). Dax is 1 hour by car and Bordeaux is 1h30.
