100 metres from the wild beach, with a view of the Landes forest, magnificent air-conditioned chalet of 80m2, sleeps 6, completely renovated. Additional asset: 1 mezzanine with a catamaran net for a relaxation and reading area.
The accommodation includes 1 master bedroom (PMR standards) with a double bed in 140 equipped with a large dressing room, 1 Zen bedroom with a double bed in 120 with storage space and finally 1 pirate bedroom with three single bunk beds in 90, also equipped with storage.
Luxury chalet, modern comfort.

TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
A user manual is available for the use of all equipment.
Covered and furnished terraces with 1 garden furniture, large electric plancha... All sheltered and protected by two bioclimatic verandas allowing you to enjoy the starry nights.

Que dire si ce n'est que tout fut parfait. L'accueil très sympathique, très bien expliqué, la boîte à clés, très pratique. Le chalet est très beau, propre, très joliment décoré, très fonctionnel. La terrasse immense couverte, avec la pergola (je pense que cela s’appelle ainsi) avec tout l'aménagement : grande table, grand canapé. Nous en avons bien profité malgré un temps mitigé mais sans pluie... mi juin... Face à la forêt de magnifiques pins, à deux pas de la plage et du centre-ville. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, impeccable. Les boutiques, les restaurants, le marché, un petit Leclerc et pour les courses plus importantes le Leclerc à Mimizan à 1/4d’heure en voiture. Bref hâte d’y retourner. Merci encore pour tout. Maria Éric.

Séjour très agréable dans ce chalet tout confort, nous avons été guidés pas à pas à notre arrivée tardive et rien n'a manqué pour nous permettre de passer des vacances très reposantes. Des hôtes attentionnés et réactifs.

Gîte Chalet absolument splendide, super bien isolé malgré les fortes chaleurs, et décoré avec goût. On s y sent bien, et les larges espaces exterieurs couverts sont parfait pour profiter même lors de pluies malvenues.Propriétaire surfeur super cool, qui laisse en totale autonomie tout en prenant des nouvelles et avec lequel il est agreable de discuter.Quant a la proximité de la plage, 10 minutes les pieds dans le sable et le parasol planté. Rien a dire, nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites.

Eine tolle, gemütliche Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird.Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen.Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Le chalet est a 900 mètres d'une très belle plage de sable fin.Les amoureux de nature seront servis , les pistes cyclables à travers les pins sont sans fin et le départ est en face du chalet.Le logement est très agréable et son équipement est au top.Pas d'hésitation pour passer un très agréable séjour c'est là qu'il faut être

Chouette séjour

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce chalet très fonctionnel et bien aménagé. On se sent très vite chez soi.On ressent bien l'âme de l'habitacle qui a été voulu par le propriétaire : la chaleur du bois, l'agencement des pièces rend l'ensemble très convivial ! Et le piano est un gros plus.Au calme, proche de la plage et de la forêt ainsi que des principales commodités, tout peut se faire à pied. Que demander de plus!

Exceptionnel: entre forêt et océan

Le résumé est dans le titre....!!!Logement exceptionnel en plein milieu de la forêt landaise et à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'océan....Le chalet est très cosy, pensé avec beaucoup de goût et est très fonctionnel... Tout a été prévu par l'hôte qui est très bienveillant (tous les équipements sont présents : on se sent comme chez soi très vite...). Logement idéal en famille, très propre et très bien entretenu : bref aucune hésitation à avoir sur ce logement: nous recommandons Nous y retournerons très certainement....
