La ubicación de la casa es muy buena, con la playa a 5 min caminando y el centro a 10. Lamentablemente el colchón lo encontré deficiente. El espacio exterior con techo es muy agradable y util.

Emplacement idéal

Idéalement placée, la location se situe vraiment à 200 m de la plage on peut tout faire à pieds ou en vélo. Par contre elle est dans une rue passante où les voitures roulent plutôt vite et donc assez bruyant. La cuisine est superbe mais il manque des rangements pour mettre la nourritures par exemple. Un petit lave vaisselle aurait été très pratique aussi. La maison est bien agencée, nous étions à l'aise à 4. Il y a de la place sur la terrasse pour mettre les vélos. Dommage que le ménage de printemps n'a pas été fait, à notre arrivée il y avait du sable dans le salon et l'état générale pas propre.

plage à 200 mètres

Petite maison sympa, proche de la mer,centre à 300 mètres.Maison divisé en deux, celle ci coté rue, un peu de passage de voiture donc un peu bruyante.A part cela location de bonne qualité.Rapport qualité / prix bonne.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die anderen Probleme wurden behoben. Nur das Internet war schlecht teilweise nicht vorhanden, für €5,60 pro Tag war nicht okay!!!!

Apartment Mimizan

The apartment is really conveniently located, just a short walk from the main beach. Parking can be a bit tricky during the day in the peak holiday season. The apartment is nicely furnished with comfortable bedrooms and easily sleeps 5. We found it a bit small for two adults, and 3 teenage children especially the lounge/dining room. There was no DVD player or Wifi. We paid extra for Wifi box but it did not work. The kitchen was OK but lacked storage space and decent cooking facilities. It is not equipped for keen cooks! It was good to have outside space for eating and hanging out washing. However, there was no washing machine.

Location mimizan

Bonne location mais sentait le renfermé dans une chambre. Et comme d'habitude dans se genre de location, il n'y a pas de place pour ranger la nourriture. A recommander aux familles, proche de l'océan et proche des commodités.
