Surrounded by mountain vistas, this extraordinary estate offers every entertainment option you could ask for. Play in the river or enjoy the in-ground pool (heated to 82 degrees April-May, Sept-Oct.) home theatre, game room, bar, hot tub, riverside firepit, and children's playground. The luxurious home features soaring 22-foot ceilings, heart pine floors, gourmet kitchen with pro-style 36" range, walk-in butler pantry with additional stove and dishwasher. It has an open plan with expansive floor to ceiling windows in Great Room offering views of the Toccoa River, and access to the massive deck that offers outdoor dining for 30+.

Very spacious and spread out over two floors. Lots of cozy spaces where you could read, play games, have coffee or cocktails. Downstairs was the ultimate cabin with bar, games, jukebox, etc. the outdoor areas were massive with a huge fire pit and the most river frontage I’ve seen in the area. Lots of fireplaces upstairs and downstairs, tons of cooking equipment! This home had everything needed and we made some great memories.

We have the best time it was 34 of our friends family and kiddos. The house was comfortable for all of us there was plenty of places to sleep we weren't all on top of each other the property has everything to do from yard games to pool to a swimming pool everything you could imagine plenty of towels plenty of bathrooms plenty of bedrooms they even referred us to a catering company called mama's concierge who came in brought us in breakfast dinner did all the cleanup it was absolutely amazing I will highly recommend. Greatest vacation ever we will definitely be back.

We had 16 guys on a golf trip covering 5 nights. The downstairs bar area along with the media room were very popular areas. Plenty of TVs to watch college and pro football along with baseball playoffs. The hot tub and firepit were relaxing shots afterwards.
