The staff support was awful the dude at the front desk told me and my husband lies and wouldn’t help us and then told us it wasn’t his problem if we went out into the blizzard and then our room didn’t have hot water or heat and they were very disrespectful.

I never checked in the weather was bad and I drove around trying to find that hotel I thought it was in Brooklyn Park but when I talked to the desk clerk and ask her speak to the manager they was nasty and told me I couldn't get my refund and I paid for it good faith with the reservation so I think they are very terrible and arrogant I want Americans do you stay hotel but don't want to treat us right

It was horrible, humiliating experience. There would not allow me to stay checked in for My extended trip. I would never recommend this hotel nor would i which this experience on anyone else. I’m upset about the fact that I have to give them at least one star on here after what I have been through.

Display was completely awful, I rebooked an additional night, it was instructed that I had to pack all my things and leave my room from 11 to 3 before I could check back in. The show no courtesy, they are rude and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this.
