Love this place!!

Always stay here when visiting my son in college. Easy access to and from the college. Love that you can pay for underground parking that's heated in the cold cold winter. My absolute favorite is the ice machines and water on each floor. Also love that that they have live music many nights on the first floor. The bedding here is also amazing! Always very comfortable clean and the pillows and mattresses are always comfortable and cozy.

I was in town to attend opening night of the GNX tour and the hotel is quite literally across the street from US Bank Stadium where the concert was so there was no need to pay for transportation to or from the venue. The staff was incredible and I even remember being helped by Mya who was so kind! I loved the atmosphere and aesthetic of the hotel. I especially lived the live music they played near the restaurant! This was a perfect stay for me and I would return if I'm ever back in MN.

When I booked this room I did so because they show the roof top hot tub. When we were there we were told it was in another facility and we had to pay $40 each for a day pass to use it. It doesn’t say that anywhere on hotels.com

I was in town for the Grand National Tour with my teenager. This hotel was immaculate! Very clean! The lobby area is very nice and the restaurants are definitely a plus. I also liked the convenience of being just a short walk from things to do and a grocery store (Trader Joe’s). Ms. Maya at the front desk is very pleasant and professional! I really enjoyed our short talk during the check-in process. It means a lot that she took the time to build a personal connection. She’s great! I definitely will be staying here when I return to Minneapolis!

Everything was great. The only problem we had was when leaving the parkade we couldn't get out. Arm wouldn't go up when using our tickets. But we were finally able to reach someone and we were able to be on our way.
