Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room we were given was dingy and musty. The toilet was broken, bathtub stained. Decided not to stay, because we did not feel comfortable. The picture on line was not what we were given. Looking to get refund, but was told I will need to go thru customer support.
