I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything was good – from the friendly and attentive staff to the clean, comfortable, and well-appointed rooms. The amenities were excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Quite deceptive

The place generally LOOKS like the pics you see online. Then you realized most of it is superficial with many fixtures not working, keeping the olde shower curtains that dont reach far enough causing puddling in the floor, bedside lighting doesnt work and breakfasts are on par with prison.

Good place if you are on a budget

Staff was helpful (Jo) at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Room was decent and carpets were clean. Fridge and microwave were convenient. The tv and bed are the only thing that made the trip unpleasant. Breakfast was bread only with water down coffee and juices but there is a Burger King right next door, walking distance. There are also a few lakes with a small park behind hotel if you need to walk in nature.

Property is quite old and dated and not a great area. I was embarrassed that I took my girlfriend here and we would have switched hotels if we could have got our money back. I’d never stay here again.

The lobby was nice but there was a strong smell of cleaning product that was trying to cover up the strong smell of something else. My sinusitis could not bare the smell. I spent a total of 30 mins there before I booked Hampton Inn. The side door where you should need a key to enter was unlocked (no key needed). I felt unsafe as we were on the first floor near the side door. The sheets on one of the beds were stained on multiple areas. The tub was very dingy; no way I was going to take a shower there. There was a room in the lobby with glass windows where you could see all the extra hotel items that were stored, like refrigerators, beds etc. I was having surgery and I needed a clean, safe and cozy environment after surgery. This place was an upscale motel 6. The front desk was nice and offered a new room, but there were just too many cons for us to stay.

Untrained and unwelcoming front desk people. Hallway and rooms smell of marijuana and cigarettes. Extremely rude customers here...got yelled at from another customer at the front desk because of the front desk person's unprofessionalism. Breakfast was a joke (white bread with tiny packages of jelly and corn flakes). Don't waste your time or money here.
