Staff & breakfast were very good, but room had an item of takeout trash left in it, causing an odor + suspicion of other things being overlooked; not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Also, no phone cord, so we couldn't contact the front desk regarding a couple questions about TV & checkout.

Property could be nice. I like the "lodgy' vibe that they are going for, but parts are very run down. The outside area landscaping has weeds all over the place. Cigarette butts and smell all over the outside. My room had stains on the ceiling, floor... there was a constant leak in the bathroom which I assume was from the toilet, so there was standing water. The shower head was corroded and rusty, the pipes around toilet fixture were super rusty, inside corners of shower were black with mildew, sink didn't drain well. I know it's not a super expensive hotel, but it wasn't budget either. You'd think that things would be at least kept up a little bit.

The Front Desk staff were amazong the whole weekend. As ive stated in a different review i appreciate the bang for the buck Country Inns offer. The thing is while the rooms are always clean there is inevitably something wrong with it. This particular room had red stains on both of the carpets plus a pretty decent sized dent in the bedroom wall. Other than those cosmetic issues i have nothing but good things to say.

Awful stay. 3am false fire alarm throughout the hotel the first night. No front desk staff to answer questions, and no follow up. Room not cleaned until the 5th day of our stay. No hot water last evening and the next morning as we were gladly checking out. Card reader on side entrance that was supposed to limit access at night was disabled. Front desk was nice, but never able to help. Manager was never there and the front desk was unable (or unwilling?) to contact him. Messages left for the manager to contact us were ignored. The whole place was run down. Screens that had popped off windows were left lying next to the parking lot for the entire week. Nobody cleaning up the unofficial smoking lounge near our entrance.

We were awakened at 3:30 AM to a fire alarm. The sprinklers were going off, and there was water everywhere. Later that morning, we wanted some coffee and breakfast, but that could not happen because there was still water coming from the ceiling. I understand things happen, but the hotel could have at least apologized or even acknowledged what had happened.

The hotel was overall dirty and smelly, inside and out. The tv didn’t work, no holder for the toilet paper. Bandaides were used to cover something on the wall.

We had stayed at this property in the past and thought it would compare to our last stay. There were some noticeable changes since our last stay. The lobby area was nice and the cookies in the case at check-in were a nice touch. Walking in to our room on the 3rd floor, we noticed that the carpet felt wet under our feet and there were fans blowing down the hallway. The main area of our room looked nice, but I noticed a small rip in the curtain and a dark stain on the lampshade next to the bed. The front desk employee told us how to get the tv working, but it did not work when we tried to do what she told us to do. Luckily we brought an HDMI cord and were able to play movies through Netflix or Disney + using an iPad. The bathroom had peeling paint on the walls and the door jamb, rusted fixtures, and was near to molding around the tub surround. We realized that we have come to expect more from a hotel charging $120 a night to stay at it and it bothered us how run down the place was. While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. Unfortunately we will pay a bit more to stay at an establishment that has continued to upkeep their property in the area in the future.

My son and i just needed a place to stay for the night. It was a good hotel. I would stay again for the price i paid. It is pretty ghetto though. Security is low but i felt safe still. The hot tub was colder than the pool. But the pool was very warm and nice! They have a north and south pool; same set up, just extra space to accommodate more people. The glass shower door only had one peice, so the water went all over the floor.. i could tell there should be another sliding glass door connected, so i did let the morning front dest girl know but she said "thats how they are supposed to be. She also made no eye contact and was super rude with her tone. Owell i was just letting her know.. They have a little shop you can get snacks and drinks. Pool opens at 6am thats nice! Breakfast was served and looked to be many people enjoying. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Night staff was helpful and kind. The fireplace outside is down no word of when it will be
