The location was fine and we were pretty much left alone. When we checked in and went to our room it smelled and when I started checking the room over I found mold in the corner! The bathroom was dirty, there were copper wires on the outside of the ac and no sitting chairs. The room seemed unfinished and unsafe. The staff on duty that not was helpful and kind and put is another room. That room was in better shape, but it still had a weird smell in the shower area. Just didn’t look clean. The showers have no ledges to put toiletries on and the sink area is very small. On the last day I was there. I went to ask for a clean set of towels and the lady said that there might not be any. The staff member on the very first night of our stay was friendly, but other than that, I can say the other staff or standoffish. The manager was not friendly at all and quite frankly, it was rude and never once checked with me on how my stay was even after being moved to a different room due to mold the staff member that first night came in the room and I showed him the mold so he saw it in person. It has been five days since we checked out and I have not received one phone call from the hotel about our stay.

I stayed here post surgery and forgot my surgical pillows. They’re king sized. Called the next day (less than 24 hours ago) and the front desk person Kile said it’s my fault I left them and they probably threw them in the garbage but she did not go ask housekeeping or a manager. My sister, who lives there, called and the same person and they said there is no manager on site (Anthony) and that there won’t be anyone there until 3 and he’s only there an hour. DO NOT STAY HERE!

hotel key cards would stop working nearly everytime we left the room and they would have to get reset at the front desk multiple times. very inconvenient when coming back from the pool. one hot tub was out of service, the other hottubs jets didnt work. pool and hottub were pretty dirty. just all around a low quality stay, but works if you just need a place to stay.

The stay was disgusting. The hotel was extremely dirty, the room, the pool and the carpeting was frightening. The front desk staff was less than helpful and despite asking for cleaning service we did not receive any. We had to retrieve our own sheets and towels and when we did the comforter had blood or poop stains on it

Property is outdated. Room smelled musty. There was no remote control in the room for the TV We paid for 2 nights. The second night my key was not working had to go and get it reactivated at the front desk.

The staff was cordial. The air conditioning was not able to be adjusted in the room so we ended up unplugging it. The toilet seat was so loose both my husband and I had to use it with caution. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The continental breakfast was very good:)

Real queen size beds, breakfast was pretty good for the price we paid to stay. Front desk rep helpful but almost annoyed whenever we asked her anything. Looked tired of being there. Overall was great stay!
