Check in staff was great. Room was ok at best. 2 hand towels, 1 washcloth and 0 bath towels. For two people. Holes in the sheets. Zero coffee cups, 0 water glasses. Front desk staff brought up requested towels promptly. Considering what we paid for the room I had higher expectations.

The room was large and comfortable and HVAC was surprisingly quiet. Nice to have a thermostat on the wall instead of having to make adjustments on the unit itself. The shower was excellent with good pressure and flow however the water was hard which was a major disappointment. Nice size tv with good channel selections.

Staff courteous. Room was ok. 3 of us, but only two towels were in the room. only 1 roll of TP. one small shampoo. Everything felt like the bare min. One hot tub was decent, but the room it was in was pretty dirty, parts of the ceiling were collapsing and laying on the floor. Seemed dirty. the pool room was very cool, and one hot tub broken. No towels within reach of the pool/hot tubs. Smelled pot in the hall at one point.

Room was not clean... on check-in we didn’t have any toilet paper, washcloths or cups in the room; there were handprints above toilet in bathroom, dirty splash behind vanity under mirror; crumbs on counter when we entered and floor not vacuumed. Couch we didn’t even want to sit on and under couch there was an empty box for a sex toy and spoons, tons of food crumbs like it hadn’t been pulled out to clean under in a long time . Pool area was not available hot tub closed for part of our weekend stay; elevator had the same spilled cereal and dirt in the corner the whole weekend. Check in worker was very friendly, and another worker was quick to bring us the missing supplies but will never stay here again nor recommend.

Room was decent and clean, however the heating/ac fan must of been broken, that while the heat was running something in the device was squeaking. Making us turn off the heater for the night so we could sleep. Also disappointed that the pool/hottub area was closed down and this was not mentioned to us upon check-in. My kids were super bummed. Overall stay was okay though!

People jumping line at checkin. Overloaded a very nice counter man. No parking on site. Hotel offered parking for long stays but didn’t move vehicles to separate lot. At least 25 to 30% were snow covered . Many people illegally parked, some in fire lanes and others on the road entering the property. We have stayed at this location for many years before flights from MPS. Never had this problem before. Have reservation in Feb that I will probably cancel. Will not recommend this property to friends again. Bob Brimer

I would never go to this hotel again. Pool areas was not heated ( only tiny heater as shown in the picture that did nothing). Breakfast will run out 30 mins to 1 hour before their posted time. There were 2 breakfast ladies (one was really good and would check on customer and the other was so stingy and not helpful). Receptionist would never smile in your face. I would never stay in this hotel again.
