Room was worn and stained in places. Dinner wasn’t even an option as only the bar part was open and everyone there ignored me. Their cookies are now pre-packaged. Water pressure in the shower was next to nothing.

Elevators are old. Our booking through Expedia did not make it to the hotel’s system and it took over half an hour for the wonderful front desk staff to fix it.

Room smelled like cigars but front desk was great

Front Desk had excellent customer service. And paid attention to detail. The only thing the room smelled like cigars when it was non-smoking
