Toilet issues

The room was great, for the most part. We had trouble with our toilet from the moment we checked in on Thursday evening,and had them come up to the room several times. The lady at the desk on the evening Saturday evening finally offered to move us but at that point we were leavening in the morning. It would have been nice if the others would have offered that sooner so we didn’t have to go down ten floors to use the restroom. Other than that our say was great.

Great location and beautiful hotel

We appreciated the downtown location during our stay. We walked to restaurants and short walk to Target Field. We’d though parking/valet service was pricey. However, we very much enjoyed the family-friendly breakfast with many fresh options and clean, stylish dining room.

The reason for the 4⭐ is because. House keeping never changed our sheets the whole week there. Even upon asking for the sheet's to be changed they never were. The sliding door to the bathroom came off the track. I reported it and said someone would come fix it and never did. Other than that the stay was good.
