My stay here was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations met my expectations, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

The front desk smelled like pot as soon as we walked in and in the hallways. Not clean in front area. Our bathroom door you couldn't close without forcing to close because of the kitchen counter in the way. Lamp on one side on/off button lose so had to keep off. Older hotel.

I have not stayed in a hotel this rough in 15+ years. Whoever owns this place is just letting it slowly decay. My fridge looked like it was from the 90's and covered in dents. The "stove top" next to it looked like it could rival me in age (44th BD was the night of this stay). The bed springs made a shreak with any movement whatsoever. To top it off the bedding had this slight sticky feeling all over it. Possible overkill on detergent? I'm not sure what was the cause, but I ended up sleeping in sweats on top of the bedding. I slept for four hours, left, and am never looking back.

Room smelled terrible and was in poor condition. Went to Target to buy air freshener and sprayed often but didn't improve the smell. Price was fair according to the conditions of the hotel. Advertised photos are comparable to McDonalds pictures of their burgers.

I can't recommend this place even though my check in went smoothly. On my second day, we were resting in the afternoon when someone tried to enter the room, luckily I had the safety latch on. It happened to be that it was the receptionist who greeted us, the manager told him to check the room because apparently on the system it was vacant, I told him you could have knocked and announced yourself before doing it! An hour later, a door dash delivery person scratched my rental car and flew the scene, I asked the receptionist to look at the cameras in the parking lot, and I understand that he needed the authorization of the manager but until the day I checked out, management never tried to help me or reach out. Very poor management.

Booked 2 nights - family graduation. Checked out after first night. Couldn’t get out fast enough Rug - filthy. Black spots everywhere. Baseboard falling off wall. Bathroom was dark, multiple areas of mold and almost out of toilet paper. Called front desk - was told they would notify housekeeper in the morning !! In the morning ????? No ice anywhere - told to go down the block to gas station !!! Brief definition ….. A DUMP !!
