One lady was AMAZING! I wish I would have caught her name, she worked in the afternoons. We stayed two nights and the first morning we told the front desk our fridge didn’t work. No one came. That was disappointing.

The experience from the moment we arrived was fantastic! The staff did everything possible to make sure we had a great experience. The facility was clean, spacious and easy to use all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. If we ever go back to Minneapolis, we won't have any trouble knowing where to stay!

Even though a room key is required to gain access to the floors upstairs, a man inebriated made it to our door on the fourth floor and knocked on our door at 3 AM. When I told him he was in the wrong room, he went to sleep in the hallway right outside our door. When the young man from the desk woke him up, he found out he was in the wrong hotel

So not 100% sure but not sure if the bedding was changed or just had small stains on the bedding. Lamp didn't work and upholstery was coming apart on the furniture. Though thats being nit-picky the rest of the hotel was clean and welcoming everyone was friendly.

Expensive parking. I should've read the fine print. Parking shared with loud partiers on the weekend and homeless shelter down the street. Black hairs everywhere in my room including in sheets. My hair is very light. Makeup on bedding. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. Hair and clothes tags on carpet. Breakfast was up there with the worst I've had. Bought food at front desk to eat in room but was not offered utensils so I had to eat mac like soup. Loud knocks and noises from ac and neighbors or cleaning crew. Shower door wouldn't stay closed then had loud dripping on the metal plate below the shower head and no water pressure.

Horrible service from the staff, unable to accommodate requests or answer questions and assist with help appropriately. Facility that is set up to appear fancy and high end but in fact is just inefficient and low quality. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Nice reasonably priced hotel.

Good location, rooms are big & clean, & staff very friendly. Only negative is at the end of the block it looked a little sketchy.
