Would have given 5 stars if we hadn't been woken up at 1am by protesters screaming outside our window for 45 min. Otherwise room was comfy and restaurant was great, would eat there again!

The hotel is in a great location. We were there to attend the world junior games. Walking distance to the arena. Green line across the street and took it to several spots of interest. The restaurant on site had a good selection of food but had the best margarita ever.

I reserved a room with a king bed for my husband and myself, but was told at the property at check-in that only rooms with two doubles were available. We were tired and still chilled from traveling in Minnesota wintertime, so accepted the room, which was at the end of a very, very long hallway on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, the thermostat and heater unit did not work properly and the room stayed at 58 degrees. The front desk attendant reluctantly gave us a different room, which was on the third floor immediately beneath the permafrost room. That room’s thermostat only toggled between “off” and “auto,” and the temp did not get above 61 degrees. We were exhausted by then so just pulled all of the blankets from the other bed and pretended we were camping in the north woods in winter. The front desk attendants at check-in and check out seemed indifferent but said they would let the maintenance team know. We were offered a couple of snacks from the sundries shop at check-out for our trouble. We’ve stayed at this Graduate hotel and one other several times before, and this experience was disappointing. We will be staying at a different hotel next time.

The entire experience was very nice. Some the hotel was a little tired but it was overall very nice. Good bar. Limited breakfast menu in the restaurant. Would still recommend though.
