First off id paid for the room for my daughter and there was someone in there already we could not get the room i paid for or they told me to go find another hotel totally unacceptable will not ever stay there and the room they did give us were small and filthy and smelled. Like mold bad

Great hotel in a great location, within walking distance of bus, with an express route to Mall of America. 2 large bedrooms with a pull out couch & still enough room for an air mattress! Worked great for our family of 5 adults! Only downside was the kitchen didn't have pots & pans & it took staff quite a while to find some.

We were looking for a whirlpool suite with a restaurant near by as well. This hotel fit the bill, and though our stay went well, there was room for improvement. The breakfast offered was lacking, with the juice dispenser down and therefore only milk and coffee offered. The property could use some updating, but our bed was comfy, though the frame squeaked and made noises with any movement. The whirlpool was great and had a TV nearby, though the remote only adjusted the volume and wouldn't change the channel. The a/c worked well and there was water pressure in the shower, but almost too much. Whirlpool suites can be rare, so it was worth it for that but otherwise we might choose another option.

Overall stay was great. The only downside was the road construction. The popcorn cieling in the bathroom was falling down. But overall it was nice. The hot tub is small along with the pool but the kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again. Plus the rate was a great price.

The rooms and facilities are dirty and not well maintained. I had to switch rooms because the window in my room was leaking. The floors were dirty. There was hair in both bathrooms in both rooms. The water struggled to come on in the kitchen but eventually flowed well. The internet connection was very unreliable and made it challenging to get work done. The sheets did smell very clean but every surface had a layer of grime. They did get me moved right away with zero wait but to a smaller room.

The bed was not bad at all room was ok. Needs to be updated. Also the A/C was not working. They offed a different room but it was late and my wife didn't want to go through the trouble of moving our thing at that point. They also offered some fans before they offered to move us but couldn't find any fans!
