Clean & Convenient

This hotel is my go-to place when I travel to the area. It is super clean (which is very important to me), it’s conveniently located right off of 35, it has a nice workout room, and the complimentary breakfast is decent. The main problem this stay was noise while I was trying to sleep. I guess it’s not the hotel’s fault, but I could hear loud music from the next door room until about 3:45am. Not cool, but since I didn’t register a complaint with anyone, I can’t blame the hotel. The outlets kept messing with my phone charger, though, and I ended up buying two different cords that were fried by the nightstand outlet. Strange. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay, the only issue was the ice machine was not working. Staff was informed multiple times. As we were leaving staff said Maintenance would be on-sight tomorrow. Requested and stayed in a handicap accessible room. Loved the room. I would suggest having the room closer to elevator. May have the majority rooms on first floor.

So lot was icy and full Of snow. Had ample opportunity to plow properly prior. Lots in area where all cleaned up. Wait to Even plow the drive until 4 pm when snow had stopped in the early morning hours and it was a Thursday. Lot didn’t get properly cleaned all weekend

We have stayed at this location several times as it is close to family- it always starts with great staff, and a very clean hotel. Our one and only complaint would be that whenever we use the elevator, there is such a strong smell of either oil or a super chemical smell that makes me (a super smell sensitive person) cover up my nose & mouth until we are off of it.

The only thing I don’t like was the amount of noise and kids running back and forth during the night. It was very loud and tough to sleep. I’m not one to complain and I probably should have said something, but truthfully I was afraid I would make it worse by saying something to the kids running up and down the halls.
