Great place

Room was great. No vent in bathroom so best to have door partially open when showering. Had free breakfast buffet included. Service was spotty - poor one day (had to wait for most food to be replenished) and was great the next day. Hallways showed the most wear, but fortunately not the room. Can walk to Mall of America and the transit options.

Hotel is just fine- a standard airport hotel. However the shuttle service to pick up at airport is terrible (late afternoon pick up, not late hours). After calling hotel, I waited nearly an hour for pick up for the 10 min ride. When she arrived, shuttle driver was rude and unpleasant. I would never book to stay again because of this- there are plenty of alternatives.

The place was very nice and clean. Only complaint I had was there were no lights by the beds. You had to get up and turn off the tall lights that were 4 feet away

I was disappointed with my last stay. We checked in around midnight and was given a horrible room. It was not clean, air conditioning did not work, room had a smell. Bedspread was in a tattered state. The cupboard was chewed up. The elevators were dirty, the hallway carpets very dirty and stained. I went back to front desk and was told they were booked. I told them the room was unacceptable. Finally we were given another room so therefore they were not booked full. I have stayed at this location for several years and it was ALWAYS clean but not at this stay. I was very disappointed. I love this location as it is convenient for the airports. Unfortunately I no longer feel comfortable booking at this location.
