The only friendly staff we encountered was the check-in guy with multiple ear piercings. He was exceptional. The breakfast lady was not friendly. The checkout guy told us to leave our key on the counter. He did not ask about our stay, say thank you, or offer a receipt. The pool needs to be drained and scrubbed. The room was clean and comfortable.

The floor in our room was not level. There was a hump in the middle of the room. There was mold around the base of the shower. I did like the daily room service providing fresh towels. I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the front desk and they were on top of things and put them in our room and informed us that they could some water. Nice extra touch. We would stay again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was traveling with my daughter and small dog. We had a great time. The neighborhood is safe and surprisingly quiet for just off the interstate. There are plenty of dining options within a short distance. We attended a festival at the Como zoo and it was a convenient location. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are good. I would recommend this place!

It worked for a family wedding nearby. Nice lobby to gather in. Beds were comfortable, good shower, pool area seemed like it needed chairs or something. Not very inviting. Hallways were “tired” carpet and walls very beat.

We had a large group staying for a wedding. Several of the rooms(4 or 5) were not habitable due to water on the floor, major leak in the shower, or strong odor of mildew in the room. Never have taken the time to right something about a hotel but those that chose this hotel should be aware that problems do exist with the facility and that the assigned room may not be usable.
