The carriage house apartment was perfect for a girl’s getaway. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, especially since they were so accommodating with food restrictions/allergies. The historic home is wonderful and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Owner Kevin is most friendly and hospitable, and an excellent Chef to boot. We could not have enjoyed our stay more.

This place is amazing. Super clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. They have a snack bar with complimentary snacks and drinks along with a coffee machine. Everything you could want! We felt so spoiled. The historic home has been kept up so well and is so beautiful to see the original woodwork. They even have an antique rotary dial wall phone! Kevin was so gracious and is a wonderful host. His breakfast was superb! It was easy to get in, had free parking and we felt very safe! We will definitely be back.

Older couple had a great stay.

Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and fit our needs. The breakfasts that Kevin provided were delicious. We had choices each morning and the presentation was superb. The historic home is so lovely and the period furnishings were awesome. We will stay in this B & B again.

This house was, said, originally built 100 years old, but it's very well-maintained. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a balcony, and the whole room was cozy and comfortable. The room was very well-managed, and the toilet and bath were very clean. After a pleasant day, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast dishes the next morning. Thank Kevin! Afterwards, we took a walk around the area and enjoyed the buildings while walking from the hotel to Summit Avenue. This place was one of the best bed and breakfast places I ever had.
