Everything was clean , safe comfortable., only issues I had was the power there went out about 330 in the morning till like 1030am .. I was on 6 floor communication could have been better to when we we would have power back .. and breakfast etc .. but they were very good about refunding because of snow storm coming had to leave day early ..
