Paid a LOT of money for our room to not have ac :/ extremely hot and uncomfortable the entire stay. Asked them to have someone come and look and they never did. Felt like a waste of money since we barely were even in the hotel

Poor accommodations but Good Staff

No parking and no luggage carriers so its not great if you have a lot of stuff. There were signs of bed bugs in my room it looked like it had been taken car of but there was staining on mattresses. The a/c didnt work and there was a shot in the qiring of the bayhroom that made the light occasionally stobe. The staff was all incredibly helpful and very nice though.

I liked the artistic decor and comfort and spaciousness of our room and of the hotel. The only major drawback was the buffet breakfast which consisted of poor quality and unhealthy food choices. The eggs were dry and tasteless, the fruit not fresh or tasty, the bread tasteless. And it cost $20 per person for bad food. Otherwise, we liked the room and the river view. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Check in was easy and I appreciated the hotel checking by text on my satisfaction. The room was very clean. Unfortunately I noticed the shower drain was broken in the morning when taking a shower. The street noise is noisy on the 13th floor. Overall a satisfactory stay with a few issues.
