There isn’t a reliable airport shuttle

I wanted a hotel with an airport shuttle. I called to verify said airport shuttle and if it would be available when I needed it (4am). But, when I actually showed up I was told the shuttle didn’t start until 7am (my flight was at 6:54 so clearly that wasn’t going to work). BUT, I could get an Uber reimbursement and he even had little slips of paper with the manager’s email on it to hand me to get the reimbursement. Was it a little weird to me they were that prepared? The manager did not reimburse me and in fact, has now ghosted me. I don’t think they ever had any intention of reimbursing me. It’s basically a scam and I will be reporting them to corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I encountered multiple issues. First, certain rooms have no WiFi, so I had to move to another room to get access to the slow WiFi. Second, the bathroom sink was clogged, and I could barely wash my hands without the water floating back up. The iron didn't work. The drawers were dirty. The worst part of it all was that I encountered cockroaches during my last day at the hotel. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but the cleanliness was horrendous; there were sketchy people hanging outside at all times, with construction trucks taking up parking space. Overall, I would rate my stay 2/10.

The airport shuttle is so small for such a large hotel... its constantly full so its nearly impossible to getna ride on time! The staff was super short, and suggestively RUDE. Their english was also not the best so it was hard to understand them. The room was clean, but the pillows on the bed were like 6x6 squares.. almost like decorative pillows.. not comfortable at all!! We also had housekeeping knocking at our door around 8am!! Check out is not till 11, they camre back three times between 8-10 am!! Super frustrating while trying to pack up for a long journey. Also made me slightly anxious, like i was doing something wrong. Only decent thing was the room was clean, and the hotel was a half mile away from a cute little park.

To tell you the truth, we were a bit "intimidated" due to many harsh reviews which were posted immediately before our stay, we prepared for unexpected. It turned out to be a good stay, fortunately! Shuttle pick up and drop off was swift and efficient considering the distance to and from the airport. The info we received from the receptionist was very accurate. That said, people whom we met at this hotel were working hard, and made smile on their faces. For this, we've got very positive impression. Bed was a bit soft side but mini refrigerator and microwave were very helpful for taking dinner during our stay. Although it was somehow limited, we were appreciated their effort to provide free breakfast every morning. The lady who works at the dinning was great as she wiped down everything when the guest made a mess on a table. Being a large hotel, four working elevators were efficient for us to take without any waiting time. Because of the rain we had almost every day plus merely no ventilation at the bathroom, the room was humid even the AC was running continuously. Nonetheless, we overall had a great stay and got very positive impression from this hotel. Thank you very much!

Our room was basically clean. The carpet should be cleaned, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Extra towels was nice.

Had to change rooms, first one had mold on bathroom ceiling. Exaust vent did not work. Overcharged for room, had to get them to fix bill. Ran out of meats on breakfast bar. But on up side second room was good except for the vent not working.
