Last minute Spring break trip with a 1, 7, & 11 year old. Easy drive to local shopping centers & Mall of America. - Breakfast hours during the weekend allowed the kids to sleep in a little bit. Weekend staff did an excellent job ensuring that items were refilled. Breakfast provided a few different options. Pool area was great for the kids. The only downside was the overload of children while the meeting room was being utilized. Hotel does provide rooms to families with pets. Room was clean and staff was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

If I could give zero stars I would. I will say it smelled nice. The one staff i encountered was nice BUT we checked in and not even 15 mins later we checked out because there was BED BUGS! We did get a refund so that was good.

Overall a decent value/stay

Overall the Hotel seemed to be clean and good condition. Some of our curtains were in poor condition though. Service was pleasant. We had 2 queen bed room. The room and bathroom seemed relatively small compared to other hotels but it was adequate for our needs.

We arrived late into the evening and were given a room right off of the lobby and by the elevators. The floors were tile and let me tell you- not a location to sleep in as we heard everyone getting on and off the elevators and moving to check out/eat breakfast. The room was all we needed and check in was fine but the tile floors did not hide any noise and was the only negative. We also woke at 0830 and missed breakfast completely as was already done by 0900. Wish we had a bit more time to eat.
