Rancid! I left and requested a refund. No TV as stated in the amenities. They charged me a $75 deposit and upon complaining and asking for a refund I was told that the deposit would be refunded. However, they charged my card twice and I haven’t seen any refund of the deposit. So now they owe me $150. I slept in my car last night because I had no money for a hotel!

Checked in and there was no tv in the room. Told the front desk person, and they said maintenance probably took it out. Didnt offer another room, or anyrhing. I stayed 2 nights, and never did get a tv. There were lady bugs crawling on the walls and ceiiling. I got rid of them, but more kept getting in. It was definately a cheap motel. The bed was uncomfortable, the stairways were dirty, it should have been about a $40 a night stay, but it was twice that. Would never sty there again.

Room had lights and tc on when we arrived -seemed like someone was there already. No blanket on ved (just sheets). One bath towel. When we called desk, they told us to come get a blanket and towel. We waited an hour and went to desk and they couldn’t find a blanket- eventually they did. Woyld not give additional pillow (had 2 in room). Told us rooms were always had lights and tv o at checkin “ That’s how hotels do it”. ???

It felt like a rent by the hour place. It was so horrible & felt so unsafe that I couldn't stay there. After one look at the room I asked for a credit & left. The description & pictures in Expedia were nothing like the actual place. Although the area is good, this place was like in should have been in a ghetto. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When I was sent to my room (exterior extrance) I found it was wide open with an uplocked, open door. I didn't know if anyone else was inside or not. I called down to the office and asked for a different room, but one was not given.

Sketchier place than I usually like to stay. Saw some hair on the bathroom floor and the floor towel didn't look clean. Multiple other guests were up talking till about 12pm on a Thursday night and you could hear their dogs bark when people came and left as it does allow pets.

Rather stay at a homeless shelter.

No fridge, no microwave, not even a chair to sit at the beat up table. Place was disgustingly dirty and in disrepair. The AC is locked so you can't go below 76°. There's a certain smell in the air constantly and it's not the smell of something legal...

The toilet seat was broken and not attached to the toilet, the laminate counter tops of the dresser cabinets was delaminating. The pool was not open. The place looked worn out and unsafe. There was a man out on the balcony watching us the entire time. Even when we made it up to our floor and to our room. We talked briefly about the situation and decided to leave. Ww just did not feel comfortable to stay. The photos from when i booked the reservation absolutely do not match what we saw when we checked in our room. Even my bottom sheet of my bed looked crumpled and slept on. Including someone elses hair in the bed. Just ish. We did not ask for our money back, we just checked out at the desk and left. Surprisingly the guy behind the desk didn't even ask why since we had just checked in. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Sorry.

This property was dirty there was hairs in the shower and the beds seem to not be cleaned properly. We got moved since the previous room was not made. When I asked for towels the desk clerk said he had none and I could use washcloths to dry myself. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Motel6.

Valarie and Samir are awesome employees (& deserve a raise). Location is pretty convenient. Theis place is doing renovations, some rooms have been done but not the rooms on the back side. Landscaping could stand some sprucing up. Some rooms have refrigerators but not all. Pool was drained & covered while I was there in July for repairs. Housekeeping... or lack of it. You do not get any housekeeping while you stay there. There's a rolling bin at the bottom of the stairs for you to place your trash. Apparently when housekeeping is done for the day, they just leave, rooms left open without pillows and don't mop. What they do clean is not up to most Mom's expect.
