The hallways smelled like urine. Carpet in the room was sticky. Chair in room had chunks of vinyl showing the foam. Heard gunfire in the middle of the night.

Had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. First room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to ask for a new room. Bed was comfortable.

The pictures of this place not even close. 120 bucks the night should be $60 at most. Everything is outdated the lobby and hallway has a terrible smell. Everything is old at least the bed is comfortable

I checked in, checked the room, checked the parking and felt the place was not Safe, not clean, and I cancelled my reservation at the Front Desk. Parking was not avaialable on the property, to many people loitering outside. Felt unsafe leaving my vehicle parked at this location and the building and rooms seem very dirty and dated. I expected alot more from Quality Inn. I don't know if I can reimbursed from Expedia.

I get to the facility and after they run my card so I can't get my money back they tell me there's 100$ deposit. We had to switch rooms in first 20mins 3x because of things not working at all the air, the tv, the phone, and the fridge. I will never go to this facility again. Rooms are very outdated, it was loud and I did not sleep well whatsoever. Staff were not very friendly at all.

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, and then only because someone went and got him. Cars in the parking lot playing loud music with several people hanging around. Loud music coming from another room inside the hotel that was still loud even when standing by the front desk. General condition of the room, property and the rest of the hotel was run down.

Never Again

Our stay was horrible. Our first room, the lights wouldn't come on, the bathroom floor was sticky, the air didn't work, the window leading to the pool was open, and there were cigarette burns in the blanket. Got moved to a new room. The door was so far from the frame around the edge that you could see through, the outside window was left open, there was blood on one of the pillows. There were people in the parking lot all night, screaming and fighting, dogs constantly barking. Got woken up around 3:30 in the morning by a woman in the parking lot screaming for help. Cops were in the parking lot around 4:00. Overall was just a horrible experience.
