I don't travel much but I've had better accomodations. The hotel was just OK, The Front desk staff were kinda surly, not warm and fuzzy that's for sure. The breakfast buffet was bare bones but the dining area was well maintained. The room was clearly old, had a lot of nicks. But it was fairly quiet. I didn't like that we had to pay $10/night for parking.

Never Again.

We ONLY stayed because we purchased the hotel stay in advance. I WILL NEVER PRE-PAY for a Hotel again! The bed was hard. Pillows tiny! Stains or dents in the wall! The vent in the bathroom was falling down. The Kleenex were just stuck in a hole that used to be a holder. We purchased Lysol to spray our room before we even saw it! We used the Lysol in the hallway. It smelled damp and dirty. We actually saw a roach. We wasted our money! One of the worst experiences of my life.

Room smelled bad. Room was dirty. They don’t want to give extra pillows. Room cleaning was bad. Neighborhood was not good. Not recommended to anyone.

We had a very poor experience at The Quality Inn and Suits by Mall of America. To begin with the front doors of the hotel are located in the back of the hotel making it inconvenient to load and unload for your stay. The hotel hallways smelled terrible. Our room was given 2 towels a night, the first night we had a hand towel the second night we did not. We also had no wash cloths. The bathroom also seemed unclean. The first night of our stay there were people yelling, running, and ponding on doors until 3 AM. The second night it continued as well. The slamming of the doors was so loud it sounded like someone was breaking into our room. They advertise a healthy breakfast starting at 6:30 AM. When my family went down to breakfast before heading to their sporting event the only thing available was a banana, waffle, and dry cereal. The second day they had yogurt and butter added but no milk for the cereal or any other addition items. They charged $10 a night for parking and told us we could park on the side of the attached restaurant. When we returned after our event the second day and parked there, a gentleman from a towing company let us know if we stayed there he would have to tow our car. Thankfully he let us know or our car would have been towed. My family and I were very disappointed in our stay.

The hotel staff wasnt very friendly, had to pay for parking (was not told this), the smell of marijuana was everywhere and on every floor, our sink leaked the whole time, the hotel says continental breakfast (waffles, cereal, and very old bananas). Do not recommend at all. When i checked in the guy was in a rush to go smoke with his friend and when i checked out, the lady up front just said yep and didnt bother to look up from her phone. The elevators and floors were dirty. When i booked my room for 4 people i was given 1 washcloth and 2 towels. The pillows are beyond flat and the blankets are horrible.

Apparently guests were allowed to smoke pot within the facility. Third floor reeked of it and was noisy. Upon arrival no front desk staff to be found. I had to call twice to try and get someone’s attention. Also ridiculous to charge customers a parking fee. We didn’t get to park in the parking lot and did ask for a refund, which I was told would be granted. Poor experience overall.
