Staff courtesy is top notch!

We had a great stay. We ended up having some health complications that we had to deal with and housekeeping staff and all involved were understanding and dealt with the entire situation and us kindly and professionally. Blessings to all staff involved and we appreciate all of you! We will continue to use this hotel.

The staff was amazing. Our initial check in staff member went out of his way to accommodate the confusion with the TV. He also helped with the game room and obtaining extra silverware and cups. Other staff answered all questions regarding QR codes, made service, and early and late check-in. Everyone was eager to please and very friendly. We encountered no one with an apathetic or dismissive attitude.,

We stayed here for the Vikings game. You can’t beat the location. It literally was no more than a 5 minute walk. The only complaint I have is the toilet. I know it probably goes with the decor/theme of the hotel but the square shaped toilet got to go. It’s so weird.
