The office area & breakfast nook was quite clean. Personal lady was very friendly. The rooms are kept up for nicely. Only small problem, almost have to do a running jump into the bed due to being so high. lol

Air conditioning worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. No problem with hot water and showers. In general the hotel needs major upgrades and the price reflects its degradation. Better than sleeping in your car, barely.

Nice, clean room. Breakfast wasn’t anything to get up for. Stale cereal and a few muffins and prepackaged pastries. Smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke free facility.

The only negative I have is the A/C/heating unit was quite loud, but that is a minor thing. All I want is a clean room and hot water. Regency Inn continues to give it to me so I will continue to stay there
