Terrible customer service. Hotel like a train station so packed, crowded, very noisy! To get to the room is an expedition. Elevators are packed all the time. Way too busy for a weekend get away. Will never choose this hotel again.

I don't have much to complain about, but the parking garage is quite far to walk and they don't validate parking. Also the final charge for the stay was almost twice what was quoted.
